Herminia Mora

Mrs. Herminia Mora, age 73 of Gainesville, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2022.

Funeral mass will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at St. John Paul II Catholic Mission with interment following at Memorial Park South Cemetery. Father Hernan Quevedo will officiate. The family will receive friends from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mrs. Mora was born December 25, 1948 to the late Benito & Josefina Segovia Mora in Jerecuaro, Guanajuato, Mexico. She was of the catholic faith. 

She is survived by her daughter, Gwendoline Gomez; daughter & son-in-law, Damaryz Gomez & Noe Guajardo; daughter & son-in-law, Fabiola Gomez & Oscar Aguilera; daughter, Irene Montes; grandchildren, Alec Guajardo, Dayanara Perez, Alan Guajardo, Adan Guajardo, & Luna Aguilera; Siblings, Carmen Escamilla, Rafael Mora, Benito Mora, Salvador Mora, Manuel Mora, Ana Mora, Josefina Mora, Heriberto Mora, & Fabiola Morales.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel Gomez; grand-baby, Gael Sebastian Aguilera; siblings, Elena Gonzalez, Gabriel Mora, Eduardo Mora, Luis Mora, & Oliver Mora; aunt, Esperanza More; and uncle, Fray Juan Manuel Mora.
