Mr. Frank Thomas Cline, age 60 of Toccoa passed away Friday, October 21, 2022 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville.
A son of Curtis and Shirley Robinson Cline, he was born March 27, 1962 in Fulton County, Georgia having lived a greater part of his life in Stephens County, Georgia. He was employed with Stephens County Courthouse for a short time. He was a member of Tugalo Baptist Church, loved classic cars and loved to draw. His wishes were to be an organ donor upon his death. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Earl Cline and Mitt Cline.
Survivors include his parents, Curtis and Shirley Robinson Cline of Griffin, Georgia; wife of the home, Cheryl Humphries Cline; daughters and son-in-law, Hilda Peppers of Toccoa, Jessie and William Parker of Toccoa and Atha Farver of Ilinois; son, Arliss Peppers of Toccoa; thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; brother, Harold Cline of Toccoa; sisters-in-law, Beverly Crossley and Lynett Coursey; brother-in-law, Doyle Coursey.
Memorial service will be Saturday, October 29, 2022, 2 o’clock p.m. at Tugalo Baptist Church with The Reverend Harris Pressley officiating.
