Mary Elizabeth Brice

Miss Mary Elizabeth Brice, 83, of Gainesville, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2022.

A Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 23, 2022 in Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Drewery Loggins will officiate.

Born on December 11, 1938 in Gainesville, she was the daughter of the late George Pinckney Brice and the late Bertha Johnson Brice. She retired from The Bell Minor Home where she was the Director of Nursing. Miss Brice was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Miss Brice is preceded in death by her brother in law, D. Larry Smith.

Miss Brice is survived by her sisters, Patricia B. Smith of Alpharetta, Margaret Andoe Chapman (Jack) of Daytona Beach, FL; niece, Tricia Price (Andy) of Marietta; nephew, David Smith (Carolyn) of DeBary, FL; great nephew, Taylor Price; great nieces, Megan Hyde, Caitlin Smith, Erin Smith; great nephews, Michael Smith, Daniel Smith and great-great nephew, Jackson Price.
