Mrs. Ruby Pophom Savage, age 95, of Gainesville passed away Thursday, October 13, 2022 at her residence.
Funeral Services will be 3:30 p.m., Saturday, October 15, 2022 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment following at Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. David Harbin will officiate. The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, October 14, 2022 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Savage was born February 4, 1927 to the late Candler & Flora Lee Loggins Pophom in Gainesville. A member of Fairview Baptist Church, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Mrs. Savage is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Linda & Milton Hewell; son & daughter-in-law, Dale & Brenda Savage; daughter, Missy Savage all of Gainesville; grandchildren, Tammy & Alan Harbin, Ronnie & Angie Savage, Michelle Moore and Jackie & Brent Patterson; and numerous great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, B.D. Savage; son, Michael Savage; daughter, Gloria Savage; and son, David Savage.
