Carl A. Wallace, age 64 of Cleveland, GA passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2022.
Born on September 12, 1958 in Sycamore, GA, Mr. Wallace was the son of Claudia Whisnant Wallace and the late Wesley “Red” Wallace. He was a self-employed pulp wooder, of the Baptist Faith, and was preceded in death by his significant other, Cathy Ledford, a son, Shawn Ledford, and a daughter, Carla Wallace.
Survivors in addition to his mother include his fiancé, Martha Jones Grace; son, Adam Wallace; daughters, Angel (Jamey) Franklin, Andrea Whitlock, Sandy (Ray) Ferguson, Jennifer (Clifton) Gooch; grandson, Tray Gooch; and numerous other grandchildren
Funeral services will be held 2 pm Monday, Oct. 17, 2022 at Tyrus Baptist Church with Rev. Bo Whisnant officiating. Burial will follow in Howington Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4-7 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
