Glenda Jamison Cheesebro

Mrs. Glenda Jamison Cheesebro, age 67 of Davis Avenue, Toccoa passed away Monday, October 10, 2022 at her residence.

A daughter of the late Glenn and Rose Buchanan Jamison, she was born October 24, 1954 in Habersham County, County having lived most of her life in Stephens County.  She attended Shirley Grove Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, David Jamison and Tim Jamison and by a sister, Kareen McIntyre.

Survivors include three brothers and sister-in-law, E.D. and Shirley Jamison of Gainesville, Roy Jamison of Toccoa and Jack Jamison of Locust Grove; a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Saturday, October 15, 2022, 2 o’clock p.m. in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with The Reverend John Thomas officiating.  The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Michael Jamison, Kenny Jamison, Timothy Jamison, Lonnie Jamison, Leon Walker and Ricky Pitts.

The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Saturday from 1 p.m. until the service time.  Online condolences may be left for the family at www.acree-davisfh.com.

Interment will follow in the Shirley Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Glenda Jamison Cheesebro.
