Betty Ann Lemons

Betty Ann Lemons, age 82, of Sugar Hill, GA, passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2022.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Maude Reeves; son, Dr. Michael T. Lemons; siblings, Robert Waldroup, Jimmy Thomas and Gail DeTournillion.  Mrs. Lemons is survived by her husband of 62 years, Dr. Joe Lemons, of Sugar Hill, GA; son, Dr. Terry J. Lemons of Cumming, GA; grandchildren, Thomas Fausett, Bradley Fausett, Taylor Lemons, Dr. Wesley Lemons, Matthew Lemons; great-grandchildren, Gavin Fausett, Riley Fausett, Griffin Fausett; siblings, Thelma and Nathan Lott of Centralia, WA, Doris and Jim Lott of Lake Kapowsin, WA, Gloria and Jim Elliott of Madison, GA, Danny and Peggy Causey of Mt. Pleasant, SC; numerous nieces and nephews.  Mrs. Lemons was born on November 14, 1939 in Charleston, SC.  She was a wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and great-grandmother.  Mrs. Lemons enjoyed camping, traveling all over the United States and fishing in Florida.  A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 23, 2022, in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA and officiated by Dr. Bill Coates.  Interment will follow the Service at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens, Buford, GA.  The family will receive friends at Flanigan Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the Service.
