Diana Marie (Smith) Flynn

Diana Marie (Smith) Flynn age 75 passed away at Dolphin Pointe Healthcare in Jacksonville, FL on February 8, 2022 following an extended illness.

Diana was born in Northeast Georgia on May 27, 1946, and she was the daughter of the late Byron Reynolds and Bertha (Bennett) Reynolds. She attended high school in Deland, FL, and received a certificate in office technology from Lanier Technical College in Flowery Branch, GA. She retired from Avery Dennison Corporation after many years as a loyal and hardworking
employee.

She was preceded in death by her sister Brenda Reynolds Davis, her brothers Cecil Reynolds and Denver Reynolds, her daughter Rachel Ellen (Flynn) Holmes, and her two grandsons Emory Levi Glen Burdeshaw and Carson Micheal Burdeshaw.

Diana is survived by her brother Steve Reynolds and children Paul Flynn, Sharon Goldsmith, Melody Smith, and Darrell Smith. She also is survived by her grandchildren Kayla Burdeshaw, Blake Wigington, Ansley Holmes, Daniel Flynn and a great granddaughter Marissa Burdeshaw. She also leaves behind many beloved friends and nieces and nephews.

Diana was a homemaker, and she loved the beach, and she enjoyed spending time with her family. She enjoyed classic country music, and she was of the Christian faith. Diana will also be remembered by many for her willingness to help those in need prior to her declining health.

Private Memorial Services will be held.
