Franklin Oswaldo Arevalo, 29, of Snellville, GA, died Monday, October 3, 2022. A Celebration of Life Visitation and Service will be held Sunday, October 9, 2022 from 11 AM – 4 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. Franklin was born in Usulutan, El Salvador and is survived by his parents, and other extended family and friends.
