Taylor Nicole Trimiar of Cornelia, passed away Friday September 30, 2022.
Born on May 22, 1998, in Gainesville, she was the daughter of Kevin Michael Trimiar (Maria) and Jamia Carter. Taylor graduated from Tallulah Falls School where she played basketball and tennis. She was on the Trustee Honor Roll and was a Presidential Scholar and a recipient of the Habersham EMC Foundation Scholarship. She enjoyed playing the piano, roller skating, and scary movies. She was a graduate of Kennesaw State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She was in the process of earning a Master’s Degree in Cyber Security from the University of Maryland. Taylor was a member of Eta Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. She was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Mt. Airy, and was employed by Dentsu Corporation.
Taylor was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bobby R. Trimiar, Sidney and Katie Carter; great grandparents, Earl and Annabelle Banks, Paul and Merline Trimiar, Sid and Bernice Carter, and Vernon and Katie Hampton.
In addition to her parents, survivors include her grandmothers, Claudette Trimiar of Cornelia, and Josephine Warren, Greenville, South Carolina; special aunt, Paula Trimiar, Jacksonville, Florida; childhood friend, Zaria Davis, and a host of siblings, uncles, aunts, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at Ebenezer Baptist Church with Pastor Joe Lee Banks, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Eastview Cemetery in Mt. Airy.
