Travis Gene Cole

Travis Gene Cole went to his heavenly home following an extended illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grady and Lillian Ramey Cole; sisters, Karen McDaniel and Darlene McDaniel; brothers, Dorsey Cole and Wendle “Moe” Cole. Mr. Cole is survived by daughters, Viktoria “Tori” Bennett, Heather Bennett, and Crystal Bennett, all of Oakwood, GA; sons, Haine (Melissa) Bennett of Cumming, GA and Richard Adrian (Heather) Miller of Gainesville, GA; grandchildren, Jazmyne “Sissie” Bennett, Taylor Miller, Mia Bennett, Colby Miller, Mason Bennett, Hunter Miller; sisters, Margie Birdwell and Phyllis (Leon) Henderson; brothers, Royce (Janice) Cole and Keith Cole; Vickie Bennett, best friend, caregiver, and mother of his children; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Mr. Cole was born on October 1, 1954 in Buford, GA and graduated from Buford High School. He attended trade school in Florida and was retired from Thomas Sheldon Pest Control Company as a pest control technician. Mr. Cole also was journeyman in residential construction work for many years. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Lilburn, GA. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at 3:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Eli Wiggins officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 1 from 1:30 p.m. until time for the service at 3:30 p.m.
