Zachary Aaron Kramer

Police Officer Zachary Aaron Kramer, age 42, of Dacula, GA passed away on Monday, September 19, 2022. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Stuart Kramer and father-in-law, William Van Fleit.  Mr. Kramer is survived by his wife of 19 years, Amanda Van Fleit Kramer of Dacula, GA; children, Madeline Kramer, Anna Kramer, Adin Kramer, Abby Kramer, all of Dacula, GA; mother, Patricia Rhodes of Roswell, GA; sister, Bonnie (Michael) Olson of Alpharetta, GA; mother-in-law, Rita Van Fleit of Hoschton, GA; brother-in-law, Bill (Callie) Van Fleit of Canton, GA; nephews, Jordan Olson, Drake Van Fleit; step-mother, Maria Kramer of Marietta, GA; and several cousins and step-siblings. Mr. Kramer was born on September 28, 1979 in Atlanta, GA. 

Zachary was a graduate of Lassiter High School in Marietta, GA and also of Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs.  He was employed with the City of Atlanta as a police officer since 2001. 

Zachary attended First Baptist Church of Buford, and he also attended the Ahavath Achim Synagogue in Atlanta, GA.  A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at Buford First Baptist Church with Pastor Stephen Fountain officiating.
