Jerry Wade Waters, age 54 of Jefferson, GA passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2022.
Born on Feb. 22, 1968 in Commerce, GA, Mr. Waters was the son of the late Roy D. Hill and Sybil Beck Waters Hill. He was a spreader operator with CW Matthews/Allied Paving and was preceded in death by brothers, Roy D. Waters, Jr. and Jimmy E. Waters.
Survivors include his wife, Penny Howington Waters; son, Randy (Kim) Waters; daughters, Madison Waters, Summer Waters; sister, Sonya (Andrew) Farmer; and two grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 3 pm Sunday, Sept. 11, 2022 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1 pm until the memorial service hour at the funeral home.
