Dennis Nathaniel Elrod, age 58 of Commerce, GA passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2022.
Born on Jan. 11, 1963 in San Francisco, California, Mr. Elrod was the son of the late Irvin Nathaniel and Ruth Baker Elrod. He was an investigator for 20 years with Banks County Sherriff Office and 16 years with Commerce Police Department for a total of 36 years in law enforcement. He was preceded in death by a son, Nicholas Elrod; brother, Davey Elrod; and a sister, June Elrod.
Survivors include his wife, Priscilla Elrod; son, Paul Elrod; daughters, Brittany (Will) Moon, Jasmine (Jonathan) Warwick; brothers, Chris Elrod, BamBam Elrod, Bradham Elrod; sisters, Ann Smith, Sandra Willis, Barbara Clark, Katina Elrod; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 2 pm Saturday, Sept. 10, 2022 at The Grove with cremation to follow.
