Mrs. Bobbie Ruth Wade, age 90 of Gainesville, passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 1, 2022 in the Chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home with interment following at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Scott Wilson will officiate. The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 1, 2022 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.
Mrs. Wade was born February 7, 1932 to the late JD & Minnie Patterson in Martin, Georgia. She was a retired cashier supervisor of J&J Foods and a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church for over 50 years.
She is survived by her sons, Jimmy (Elaine) Wade and Henry “Hank” (Tracy) Wade; daughters, Pat (Larry) Satterfield, Dianne Hess, & Wanda (Wyatt) Peterson; 9 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Wade; son-in-law, Hank Hess; a brother; and 5 sisters.
