Roy Earl Ruis

Roy Earl Ruis, 78 of Doraville, GA passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2022. He is survived by his wife of fifty-two years, Nancy Robertson Ruis of Doraville; children, Lynn Kennedy of Doraville, Bo Ruis of Canon, GA, Amos and Sandy Mills of Eatonton, GA, Travis Ruis of Doraville; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Sybil (Stanley) Pruett of Buford, GA and Barbara Ann Wallace of Jersey, GA; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Mr. Ruis was born on October 21, 1943 in Douglas, GA and he was owner of Earl Ruis Ceramic Tile Company in Doraville. A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, August 21, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Hewatt officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, August 20 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
