Wandra Lowe, 48, of Atlanta, GA, died Sunday, July 31, 2022. A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 10 AM at Victory World Church- Hamilton Mill. Pastor Chris Frith will officiate. Interment will follow at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to Victory World Church- Hamilton Mill, in memory of Wandra.
