April Heather Adkins, age 62, of Clarkesville, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2022.

Mrs. Adkins was born in Bowling Green, Ohio.  She was a Health Care Administrator for Gainesville Eye Associates.

Survivors include husband, Hoai-Nam Truong, Clarkesville; son, Dylan M. Truong, Clarkesville; sister, Heather Gowdy, Atlanta; mother, Diane Perdue, Decatur; and father, Thomas H. Gowdy, New Port Richey, FL.

No services are planned.
