Mrs. Kathleen Parks Truelove, age 91, of Murrayville, Georgia passed away on Friday, July 15, 2022. She was born on March 13, 1931 in Hall County, Georgia to the late Daniel Webster Parks and the late Fannie Seabolt Parks.
Mrs. Truelove, known to her loved ones as "Kat" or "Mom", was a faithful Christian who loved her Lord and Savior. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, who loved her family. Kat enjoyed working in her yard and garden, sewing, and cooking delicious meals for her family and friends. She loved having her family around her anytime they could get together, especially when she was hosting Christmas get togethers with all her relatives. Kat loved to watch her boys play ball and then loved watching her grandkids grow into the sports they were passionate about. The love of her life was her late husband, JE. Kat and JE traveled the entire lower forty-eight states plus Hawaii in their retirement years, seeing many great places and meeting many friends. Kat is now with JE again in Heaven. She will be dearly missed by her family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, JE Truelove; grandson Evan Truelove; brothers and sisters-in-laws James (Bonnell) Parks, Ervin Parks, Lee (Homerell, Reba) Parks, Leonard (Janet) Parks, Fred (Patsy) Parks; infant Daniel Parks; sisters and brother-in-law Nora (Walter) Sullens, infants Dessie Parks and Jessie Parks.
