Mrs. Pearl Haley Sanders, age 88, of Nicholson, GA died Friday, July 1, 2022 at Northridge Health and Rehab. Mrs. Sanders was born in Royston to the late Callaway and Pauline Harris Haley. She was retired from Athens Regional Medical Center. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Sanders was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Sanders; daughters, Judy Bishop and Shirley Fowler; and grandson, Junior Fowler.
Mrs. Sanders is survived by her daughters, Betty Beusse of Hull and Alene Howard of Winterville; son, Wayne Bishop of Ila; sister, Paulette Graham of Colbert; brother, Bob Haley of Florida; 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Sunday, July 3 graveside at Antioch United Methodist Church with Rev. Marshal Mabry, III officiating.
Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce is in charge of arrangements.
