Blyth Michael Chester

Blyth Michael Chester, 31, of Dawsonville, GA passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at his home with his family by his side.  He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, Dawsonville, GA.  Blyth worked as a Journeyman Line Man for the past 10 years.  He graduated from North Georgia Technical College with his Electric Line Worker Certificate, and also earned a Associates Degree from the University of North Georgia.  He loved to be outdoors, fishing, hunting, and going to the beach.  He also had a love for music and the Atlanta Braves.  He was a loving son, brother, and friend to many.

He is preceded in death by his father, Michael Willis Chester; grandparents, Clayton and Norma Lee Chester; grandfather, Clarence R. Wright.

He is survived by his mother, Delaine G. Chester of Dawsonville, GA; brother, Camron Laine Chester of Dawsonville, GA; girlfriend, Kacie Bearden of Dawsonville, GA; grandmother, Connie G. Wright of Dahlonega, GA; and numerous aunts, uncles and other relatives also survive.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church, Dawsonville, Ga, with the Reverends, Casey Davis and Chris Chester officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery. 

The family will receive friends on Saturday, from 12:00 -2:00 p.m. at the church.
