Ivie Funeral Home of Commerce announces the passing of Mr. James “Gary” Lester age 75 of Danielsville, GA on June, 25th, 2022 . Mr. Lester was the son of the late Clifford “Theron” and Connie Geneva Thompson Lester. Mr. Lester was of the Christian Faith and was a medical equipment installer with Phillips Medical Systems. Mr. Lester was a graduate of Dekalb Technical College.
Survivors include Brother, Rodney Lester, and Sisters Becky Lester Miller (Gary), and Brenda Lester Ashmore.
Memorial Services will be held Saturday, July 2nd, 2022 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home. The Family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 1:00PM until the time of the service. Burial will follow in the Mt. Hermon Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
