Martha Barrera Morrero Fernandez, age 87 of Commerce, GA passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2022.
Born on Feb. 26, 1935 in Moron, Cuba, Mrs. Fernandez was the daughter of the late Manuel and Arminda Maria Barrera Morrero. She was the widow of Miguel Fernandez and was a self-employed hairdresser.
Survivors include a son, Adolfo Fernandez, Woodstock; daughter, Saadia (Duane) Burns, Commerce; brother, Jose Ramon, Cuba; six grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 10 am Saturday, July 9, 2022 at Harmony Grove Methodist Church located at 50 Harmony Grove Rd., Lilburn, GA 30047 with Debbie Carlson officiating. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens located at 1832 Pleasant Hill Rd. Duluth, GA 30096.
