Thelma Archer Lord

Mrs. Thelma Archer Lord, age 99, of Nicholson, GA died Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at Northridge Health and Rehab.  Mrs. Lord was born in Danielsville to the late John and Sallie Wilson Archer.  She was a lifelong member of Center Baptist Church and was a homemaker.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lord was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Lee Lord.

Mrs. Lord is survived by her sons, Johnny Lord (Anne) of Nicholson and Harold Lord (Shirley) of Athens; granddaughter, Lori Lord (Joe Purcell) and great-grandson, Jake Halley (Katherine).

Funeral services will be at 2 PM, Friday, July 1 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Jaqueline Johnson officiating.  Interment will follow in the Center Community Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 12 to 2 PM.
