Robert T. Arrowood

On Monday, June 27, 2022 Robert T. Arrowood, 80, died following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 1, 2022 at Temple Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Levi Nix officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home Thursday, June 30th from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Born on June 5, 1942 in Greenville, SC, he was the son of the late William Robert Arrowood and the late Sarah Frances Bennett Arrowood.  Mr. Arrowood was retired. He was a member of Temple Missionary Baptist Church. Mr. Arrowood was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Arrowood was preceded in death by his sisters, Anna M. Whitley and Ginger F. Headen.

Mr. Arrowood is survived by his wife of 55 years, Martha Sue Whitlow Arrowood; sons, Daniel, Jason and David of Gainesville; also numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
