Mr. Donald Eugene Bowen, age 68 of Gainesville, passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.
Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, June 27, 2022 at 4:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Phil Carpenter and Reverend Benny Pethel will officiate. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 27, 2022 from 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm, prior to the service, at the funeral home.
Mr. Bowen was born May 22, 1954 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late Guy Woodrow Bowen and Christine Etta Stover Bowen. He was retired from Speciality Printing Company and was a member of Christ Place Baptist Church.
Mr. Bowen is survived by his sister & brother-in-law, Dorothy & William Jarrett of Lawrenceville, special friend of 27 plus years, Ellen Cowart of Gainesville and several nieces.
