Mr. Stanley Lee Heard, 73, of Alto, GA passed away Thursday, June 9, 2022.
A Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be held at Local Church Dawson on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 11 AM. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10-11 AM. The address of the church is 31 Successful Way, Dawsonville, GA 30534.
Born August 22, 1948 in Cedartown, GA, he was the son of the late Harry Lee Heard and Clarice Freeman Heard. He was self-employed and was a decorated veteran of the United State Army, serving in the Vietnam War.
Mr. Heard is survived by his son, Marshall Heard (Leigh) of Athens, GA; daughter, Julia Anderson (James) of Cumming, GA; brother, Wayne Heard (Rebecca) of Germany; sister, Sylvia Moore (Michael) of Minneapolis, MN; grandchildren, Emily, Randy, Haleigh, Kaitlyn, Eliana and Rucker; great-grandchildren, Gabriel and Michael and a host of other relatives also survive.
