A funeral service will be held Saturday, June 4th at 3 pm, with the viewing at 2pm, at Little Davenport Funeral Home in Gainesville. She is survived by her parents, Kay Harvill of Gainesville, Jere Harvill of LaGrange, Sister and Brother-in-Law Sonja and Al Simmons of Gainesville, Sister Scarlett (Harvill) Owens of LaGrange, Nephews Ricardo Montalvo, Jr. and Christian Montalvo and Niece Alicia Simmons, all of Gainesville, and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins, and beloved caregivers Missy Townsend, Tarren Kies and Laura Maness and preceeded in death by her Brother Greg Harvill of Buford and her Grandparents William (Bill) and Allene Harvill, Georgia and Joel and Bessie Foster, Missouri.
When Sissy was born the day after Christmas in 1969, God gave us an angel. She became our forever baby. She kept that beautiful innocence her entire life. She had the most beautiful sparkle in those baby blue eyes and always had such a beautiful sweet smile and a big hug ready for everyone. She was famous for her stubborn streak and letting us know she wasn't happy, but she'd get happy again right away and give you that beautiful smile to make up for it.
Our family wishes to thank Reach, DeKalb Service Center, Heritage Elementary and Margaret Harris High School for all their years of education and support throughout her life, as well as her service coordinator Taneh Sekpeh at CCS and Acumen for their support as well.
Rest easy our sweet beautiful baby girl. Run, play and laugh like never before.
