Mrs. Daisy Bridges Adams, age 99, of Commerce, GA died Saturday, May 28, 2022 at Bountiful Hills. Mrs. Adams was born in Crawford, GA to the late Wattie Davis and Annie Leora Noell Bridges. She was a member of Berea Baptist Church and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by her husband, James Bennie Adams.
Mrs. Adams is survived by her sons, Melvin Adams (Janice) and David Adams (Regina) both of Commerce; daughter, Barbara Wheeler (Mike) of Commerce; eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 3 PM, Tuesday, May 31 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Verlin Reece and Rev. Sam Henderson officiating. Interment will follow in Jackson Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 1 to 3 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Berea Baptist Church, c/o Shirley Stephenson, 545 AC Smith Road, Commerce, GA 30530.
