Thomas Jeffery Chandler

Thomas Jeffery Chandler, age 69, of Douglasville, GA, passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2022.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Talmadge and Nina Sue Thompson Chandler, brother, Kenneth A. Chandler.  He is survived by his son, Thomas Jeffrey Chandler, Jr., Buford, GA; daughter, Grace Temple Chandler, Buford, GA; brothers, Wayne (Theresa) Chandler, Douglasville, GA, Talmadge (Kathleen) Chandler, Jr., Canton, GA; sister, Elizabeth Chandler Sanders, Warner Robbins, GA; several nieces and nephews.  Mr. Chandler was born on February 22, 1953 in Atlanta, GA.  He was a 1971 graduate of Norcross High School and attended Georgia Tech University.  He was retired from General Motors after 32 years of service. Mr. Chandler was a member of the U.A.W. Local 10. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 5, 2022 with Dr. Jim Ferguson officiating.  In Lieu of Flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Northeast GA Medical Center in memory of Thomas Jeffery Chandler.
