Russel Paul Twilley, age 51 of Jefferson, GA passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2022.
Born on May 22, 1970, in Atlanta, GA, Mr. Twilley was the son of Martha Duffel Twilley and the late Larry Paul Twilley. He was a loving and compassionate son and brother.
Survivors in addition to his mother include a brother, George Allen McDaniel; and a sister, Linda Wainwright Wright.
A cremation will be taking place.
