William R. “Bill” Mullinax, 68, of Buford, GA, died Sunday, May 15, 2022. Funeral service will be held Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 2 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday, May 21, 2022 from 12 – 2 PM at the funeral home. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, A.J. and Clara (Bennett) Mullinax; sisters, Charlotte Marie Mullinax and Carolyn Ruth Scoggins. He is survived by his brothers and sisters and their families, Leon and Brenda Mullinax of Dacula, GA, Bobby and Karen Mullinax of Buford, GA, Frances and Billy King of Duluth, GA, Karen Myers of OK, and brother-in-law, Troy Scoggins of Jefferson, GA; He was loved by many family members and friends, Kirk, Natalie, Jaida, Hillary, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Bill was born in Buford, GA and was a lifelong resident of the area. He worked as cabinet maker and trim carpenter before he retired.
