James "Buck" Bramblett

James "Buck" Bramblett, 89 of Gainesville passed away May 11, 2022. James was born October 29, 1932 in Georgia to the late Martin and Mamie Bramblett. 

In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Betty Sue Bramblett, son; Tim Bramblett and daughter, Helen Bramblett, brothers; Curtis, Buddy, Arthur and John Bramblett, sisters; Bertha Feilds, Beatrice Bramblett, Christine Canup and Nellie Whigham. 

He is survived by his sons; Kenny and Danny Bramblett, sister; Marie Duke, grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday May 18, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home. Rev. David Carithers officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.  Interment will follow in the Rock Hill Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery now known as The Edge.
