Joe Keith Underwood

Mr. Joe Keith Underwood, 62, of Gainesville, passed away Sunday, May 8, 2022.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 12, 2022 at Pond Fork Baptist Church. Rev. Johnny Knight and Rev. Chris Hulsey will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

Born on September 5, 1959 in Gainesville, he was the son of the late Joseph Underwood and the late Sylvia Gee Underwood. He was employed with Milton’s Food and a member of Pond Fork Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Underwood is preceded in death by his son, Justin Underwood.

Mr. Underwood is survived by his wife, Lisa Underwood of Gainesville; son, Jonathan Underwood of Missoula, MT; brother, Kenneth Underwood of Jefferson; grandchildren, Sylvia Underwood and Caleb Underwood, many nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
