Bobby D. Gibson

Bobby D. Gibson, age 60, of Cornelia, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2022

Born on November 17, 1961 in Demorest Georgia, he was a son of Wanda Kay Hogan Gibson McEntire and the late Gerald Roosevelt Gibson. Mr. Gibson was employed by Hogan Lumber Company. Mr. Gibson was of the Baptist Faith, he enjoyed gardening, working on cars, and love being outdoors.

In addition to his mother, Wanda Kay Hogan Gibson McEntire of Demorest, survivors include brother, Charles Gibson of Demorest; sister and fiancé, Donna Bradshaw and Jerry Carruth of Commerce; Nieces, Toni Kay Moore, and Jennifer Marie Burton; Nephew, Adam Charles Gibson; Special friend, Antonio Nunez. Mr. Gibson is also survived by many other close friends.

Memorial services are scheduled for 10 A.M., Tuesday, May 10, 2022, in the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin and Stewart with Rev. Kenneth Taylor officiating.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 10, 2022 from 11 A.M. until 1 P.M. at the funeral home immediately following the service.
