Douglas Picklesimer, 59, of Forsyth County, GA passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2022. Douglas was a member of Christian Hill Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Nannie Picklesimer and brothers, Hugh, William, Jewell, and Jackie Picklesimer.
He is survived by his son, Travis Picklesimer; sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty Bruce, Mary (Hoyt) Bruce, Janie (Glen) Bruce, Deborah (Jackson) Chambers; brothers and sister-in-law, Winford Picklesimer, Tommy (Maryann) Picklesimer, Ricky Picklesimer, and Leonard Picklesimer; and 3 grandchildren along with many other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 30, at 3:00 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Danny Ray Martin and Rev. Barry Payne officiating. Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens,
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to offset funeral expenses.
