Clemmer Hugh Voyles, age 75, of Flowery Branch, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2022 at home after an extended illness surrounded by loved ones.
The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home, Gainesville on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with graveside services at Springway Baptist Church, Gainesville. Rev. Scott Wilson and Rev. Mark Hutchins will officiate.
Born on January 23, 1947 in Dawsonville, Georgia, Hugh was the son of Inez Kidd Voyles and Hulon Voyles. He attended South Hall High School and was of the Baptist faith.
After serving in the United States Army in Vietnam as an E5, he worked for the Coca Cola Company 33 years as a delivery driver in the Dahlonega area. Hugh was a kind hearted person and loved everyone.
Hugh was preceded in death by his Mother, Father, and brother Hubert Voyles.
Mr. Voyles is survived by sisters and brothers-in-law Dorothy and Hayward Etris, Clermont; Susie Edmondson, Gainesville; Louise and Jimmy Bales, Flowery Branch; Marynell and Larry Adams, Flowery Branch; brother and sister-in-law Wayne and Mona Voyles, Poulsbo, Washington; a number of special nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews; special cousins Gail and Chloe, and many other cousins.
