Cheryl Renee Goss

Mrs. Cheryl Renee Goss, age 60, of Gainesville, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2022 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, Georgia.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 23, 2022 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Born on May 29, 1961 in Bangor, Maine, Mrs. Goss was the daughter of Evelyn Annette Westbrooks and the late James Edward Westbrooks. Mrs. Goss was self-employed as an accountant. She completed her Undergraduate studies at Brenau College with a Bachelor’s Degree. She was a member of St. John Baptist Church.

In addition to her father, Mrs. Goss was preceded in death by her husband, the late Kenneth Dale Goss, Sr. and brother, Gary Tyrone Westbrooks.

Mrs. Goss is survived by her mother, Annette Westbrooks of Gainesville; son, Kenneth Goss, Jr. of Flowery Branch; special aunt, Janie Shelton (Nathaniel); uncles , Eugene Brown (the late, Ive Brown) Robert Lee Brown, John Doyle Brown (Letisha), Carlton Brown (Deloris), many special cousins and a host of other family members.
