Angela Sue Shields

Angela Sue Shields, 63, of Gainesville, GA, was born on May 14, 1958 to the late L.C. Shields and the late Virginia Shields. She departed this life on Tuesday April 5, 2022. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Michael Shields and Lonnie Shields.

Angela leaves to cherish her memories to her daughter, Tamela Fowlkes, Gainesville GA; grandchildren, Destinee Fowlkes, Phoenix Flores, Micah Malachi Warthen, Kingston Isaac Wright, and Jehiya Warthen; brothers, Lester (Elizabeth) Shields, Chris (Jean) Shields, and Steven (Rachel) Shields; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral service will be held Monday, April 18, 2022 at 1pm at Dexter T. Sims Mortuary, LLC in The Rev. Charlie, Jr. and Conchita Sims Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Alta Vista Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, April 17, 2022 from 12noon-5pm.
