Gary Voyles, 57, of Dawsonville went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday April 5, 2022 at 5:07 p.m.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 28 years, Laura Voyles; daughter and son in law, Beth and Michael Southern and their three children, Paige, Layla, and Axl; son and daughter in law, Grant and Mallory Taylor; daughter, Cori Voyles and grandson, Rhylee Vestal; daughter and son in law, Cally and Nicholas Short; son, Chase Voyles.
He was never seen without a smile, nor did he meet a stranger. His genuine nature and light-hearted charisma filled any space he entered. When he wasn’t serving others or with his family, you could find him on the lake or playing music. His work ethic and countless talents were blessings to many. Mr. Gary was so loved by everyone who knew him. He will be greatly missed. We look forward to seeing him again one day soon.
A memorial service will be held at CrossBridge Community Church in Dawsonville at 2 p.m. on Tuesday April 12, 2022. Pastor Tim Bennett and Rev. Mike Owens will officiate.
The family will receive friends at the church from 12 noon until the hour of service.
