Joyce Bagwell Doster

Joyce Bagwell Doster, age 82, of Commerce, GA, formerly of Buford, GA passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2022.  She was preceded in death by her son; Robert S Everett, daughter, Connie Everett Finn; parents, Dempsey and Ruby Pugh Bagwell; sisters, Bonita Bagwell Evans, Janice Bagwell Johnson.  She is survived by her husband of fifty-five years, Tommy Doster of Commerce; children, David (Tonya) Everett of Boaz, AL, Stacy (Neil) Miller of Jefferson, GA, Mark (Shannon) Doster of Hoschton, GA; daughter-in-law, Angela Bradberry Everett of Jefferson, GA; grandchildren, Victoria, Heather, Stephanie Everett, Lisa Ayers, Dana Gaddy, T.J. Miller, Tiffany Miller, Jordan Miller, Jackson Miller, Hannah Stone, Chelsea Harris, Jacob Doster, Sara Doster; 22 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Elaine (Roy) Flanigan of Buford, GA; brothers and sister-in-law, Gene (Linda) Bagwell of Hartwell, GA, Benny Bagwell of Lawrenceville, GA; brother-in-law, Dennis Evans of Buford, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Mrs. Doster was born on October 5, 1939 in Suwanee, GA.  She was a 1956 graduate of Suwanee High School.  She was retired from Gwinnett Hospital System in Nutrition Food Service for over 30 years.  Mrs. Doster was a member of Riverside Baptist Church in Maysville, GA and formerly of Liberty Baptist Church in Buford, GA.  She was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan and loved bird watching.  She also loved the Lord and her family was very important to her.  A Funeral Service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, April 8, 2022 in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, Buford, GA with Rev. David Martin and Rev. Farrell Wilkins officiating.  Interment will follow at Riverside Baptist Church Cemetery, Maysville, GA.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 7 at the funeral home and from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 8th prior to the service.
