Rosendo Martinez-Valadez

Mr. Rosendo Martinez-Valadez, 51, of Gainesville, passed away Sunday, April 3, 2022 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at St. John Paul II Catholic Church. Father Mark Starr will officiate. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Born on August 30, 1970 in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico, he was the son of the late Pedro Martinez-Rodriguez and the late Elena Valadez. He was self-employed as a painter and was of the Catholic faith.

Mr. Martinez is survived by his wife, Angeles Rodriguez-Hernandez of Gainesville; and daughters, Karina Castillo, Janet Cassandra Martinez both of Gainesville and a number of other loving relatives.

Nacido el 30 de agosto de 1970 en León, Guanajuato, México, era hijo del fallecido Pedro Martínez-Rodríguez y la fallecida Elena Valadez. Trabajaba por cuenta propia como pintor y era de fe católica.

Al Sr. Martínez le sobreviven su esposa, Ángeles Rodríguez-Hernández de Gainesville; e hijas, Karina Castillo, Janet Cassandra Martinez ambas de Gainesville y varios otros parientes cariñosos.
