Mr. Floyd Dean Earls was a beloved Son, Father, Uncle, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather.
After retiring from a 23-year long career at Wrigley’s in 1997, he went on the work for Conditioned Air Systems and Hall County Compactor site until his health no longer allowed it. He will be lovingly remembered for his charming personality, and how people gravitated towards him wherever he was, his big booming voice and how he would pleasantly surprise you with his singing ability and his love for playing pool. He will be missed for his Happy Birthday song calls and his songs of praise to the Lord above.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, Reno Earls and Jessie Goudlock Earls, siblings, Lee Earls, Robert Earls, Evelyn Earls Browner, John Lewis Earls, Rev. Joseph Earls, Eugene Earls, Rev. Frank Earls, Pastor Elene Earls Reid, Donald Earls, Ella Earls Robertson and his children Dean Earls and Floyd Reno Earls. He was survived by his children, Lisa Ware-Howard, James Singleton, Michelle Chatman, Vicki Earls, 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, and Special Friend, Alesia Lawrence.
Visitation for Mr. Earls will be Thursday March 31st between the hours of 12-8pm, the family will receive friends between the hours of 6-8pm at Wimberly Funeral Home. Mr. Earls' Celebration of Life will be held Friday April 1st at 12noon at Hickory Grove CME. Professional Service Entrusted to Wimberly Funeral Home.
