Genevieve “Gene” Robertson, 82, formerly of Buford, Georgia passed away Saturday, March 26, 2022.
Born February 10, 1940 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to the late Sidney and Genevieve Erickson, she moved to Buford as a teenager and lived there most of her life. Gene retired from the Gwinnett County Hospital System following over 40 years of service. She was a Master Crafter and enjoyed travel, going to the beach, and she loved her cats. Gene was extremely devoted to her family. Also preceding her in death was her brother, Alfred John “Smokey” Erickson.
Surviving are her children, Teresa and Bob Dula, Gainesville, Jack “Robbie” Robertson, Maysville, Danny and Sandra Robertson, Gillsville; grandchildren, Mason and Steffie Dula, Natalee Dula and Jonathan Allen, Brittany Robertson, Trent Robertson, Benjamin and Andee Elrod, and Rita Boyce.
The family is planning a private celebration of her life.
