Jack Allen Uselton, Sr.

Mr. Jack Allen Uselton, Sr., age 66 of Corbet Chappelear Road, Martin passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

A son of Cleona Wells Uselton Dhaeze and the late Jackson R. Uselton, he was born January 22, 1956 in Mishawka, Indiana having lived most of his life in Franklin County, Georgia.  He was a residential contractor and electrician. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne.  He was a member of the VFW and a member of the Mid West Operating Engineers. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren and his dog Buck.  He enjoyed coin collecting, classic cars and restoration, fishing and racing and scuba diving in the Bahamas.  In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Ronald L. Dhaeze.

Survivors include his mother, Cleona Wells Uselton Dhaeze of Osceola, Indiana; daughter and son-in-law, Kelley and Christopher Ward of Martin; two sons and daughters-in-law, Dustin and Mallory Uselton of Martin and Allen and India Uselton of Lavonia; grandchildren, Lydia Burroughs, Noah Ward, Denver Uselton, Sawyer Ward and Atlas Uselton; brother and sister-in-law, John and Vickie Uselton of Elkhart, Indiana; Special people in his life including Gina and Cliff Taylor their son, Chance Taylor as well as several beloved nieces, nephews, and many special friends.

Memorial services will be Saturday, March 26, 2022, 2 p.m. at Unity Baptist Church, Royston, Georgia with The Reverend Roger Elrod officiating.  Military Honors by the U.S. Army Honor Guard.
