Ruby Alice Ravan

Mrs. Ruby Alice Ravan, age 94, of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2022.

Mrs. Ravan was born in Cleveland to the late Virgil and Mary Lloyd Ramey.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, James Ralph Ravan Sr. and son, James Ralph Ravan, Jr.  Mrs. Ravan was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.

Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Ricky and Dianne Ravan and Freddie and Sherill Ravan, all of Cleveland; daughter and son-in-law, Gail and Willie Jarrard, Dahlonega; grandchildren, Buddy Ravan, April Jones, Doug Ravan, Scott Ravan, Christa Ravan, Lamar Jarrard, Tammy Fortner, Michael Ravan, and Justin Ravan; 9 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 P.M. Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.  Rev. Paul Flynn will officiate.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 P.M. Monday, March 21, 2022 at the funeral home.
