Maria Garcia-Hernandez

Ms. Maria Garcia-Hernandez, 75, of Gainesville, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville.
 
The family will receive friends Saturday, March 19, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, March 20, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Road Gainesville, Ga 30504. Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 20, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Road Gainesville, Ga 30504. Carlos Lopez will officiate.  Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
 
Born on September 27, 1946 in Ponce, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Avelino Garcia and the late Petra Hernandez. She was an excellent human being, mother and friend.  She was a fighter, fearless warrior before any circumstance.
 
Ms. Garcia-Hernandez is survived by her daughters, Maria Milagros-Rodriguez and Jenny Brazile; sons, Jose M. Rodriguez, Jorge L. Rodriguez, Luis A. Rodriguez, David Rodriguez; and a number of other loving relatives.
