William Dereck Dedmon

Mr. William Dereck Dedmon, age 52, of Hoschton passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2022.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 15, 2022 in the Chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home.  Deacon Paul Krarup will officiate.  The family will receive friends 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Dereck was born on Jan 26, 1970 to William Nolan Dedmon and Patricia Page Smith in Leavenworth, Kansas. He and his wife, best friend and soulmate, Pamela Ann Pacquiao, have been together for 16 years along with their fur-babies Toffee, Butters, Roscoe and Maya.

He proudly served in the United States Navy on the USS Missouri and continues to serve his country working for the Veterans Administration as an IT Analyst. Dereck not only loved his job but he loved working for this organization as he knew that his work had an immediate impact for the medical services that are provided to our beloved nation's veterans.  His other passion includes doggie rescue, history, architecture, and fast moving cars.

Dereck is predeceased by his brother Trent and is survived by his parents Nolan and Patricia; daughter, Karissa, sisters, Christina Lusicic (John), Julie Baier (Matt), and Stephanie Gaddy; nieces and nephews; and cousin, Valerie.
