John Wendell Neese, age 85 of Commerce, GA passed away on Sunday, Feb. 13, 2022.
Born on Nov. 3, 1936 in Bufford, GA, Mr. Neese was the son of the late Frank and Odessa Ashworth Neese. He was a member of Freedom Church of God.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Ingram Neese of the home; son, Ricky (Debbie) Neese; daughter, Sonita (Ryan) Lewis; sister, LaVonne Cruise; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 2 pm Friday, Feb. 18, 2022 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bob Wescott officiating. The family will receive friends 4-7 pm Thursday and 11 am until the funeral hour Friday at the funeral home.
