Diane Cook Quinn Marlow

Mrs. Diane Cook Quinn Marlow, 80, of Gainesville, passed away Saturday, February 5, 2022 at her residence following an extended illness.

A Celebration and Visitation of her Life Service will be held Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 5:00 until 6:30 p.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Pastor Rick Maeser will speak. A private burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Born on August 18, 1941 in Gainesville, she was the daughter of the late Harold P. and Freddy Thompson Cook. Mrs. Quinn Marlow retired from the Northeast Georgia Medical Center as VP of Nursing after more than 30 years of service. During her career, she obtained her RN, BSN and MSN. After her retirement from Northeast Georgia Medical Center she was employed at Centennial Arts Academy as the school nurse and retired after 16 years of service. Mrs. Quinn Marlow was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Gainesville.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Quinn Marlow was preceded in death by her first husband, John D. Quinn and second husband, Guy Gene Marlow.

Mrs. Quinn Marlow is survived by her sons and daughters in law, Jonathon Cary Quinn and Shelia C. Gardner of Highlands Ranch, CO, Christopher K. and Melanie Diane Quinn of Gainesville; daughter, Carol Q Lowman of Gainesville; grandchildren, Tripp Lowman and fiancé, Tara Hall, Jacob C. Quinn, Christopher Lake and Elizabeth Hamil Lowman, Margaret Ensley Lowman, Jaycee A. Quinn, Isabella Diane Quinn and great grandchild, Lael Avery Lowman.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to St. Paul United Methodist Church, 404 Washington Street NW, Gainesville, GA 30501
